Proctor did our roof on a mobile home we are purchasing 2 weeks ago. They were in and out in under 4 hours, and it looks amazing. Clean trim all around and perfectly straight shingles. And the entire area was clean. You'd never know they were there. And the price was WAY better than any of the "Side-work" guys quoted. As far as delays I've read about, yeah, I think they had to push it up a couple of times. But these guys are EVERYWHERE during the season, and they have to prioritize. it's understandable. In this area , Proctor is the name you hear when you need a roofer.
