Clean Rite Center 24 HOURS

I usually go every other week and the payment machines have been out of order for months no matter what time of hours I go there no workable machines available. The other day I went into do my laundry and I was notify that my card I have no longer works in the machines I had to buy another card with a chip( like why I had to pay for something I wasn’t aware of ? Then the next time I went back I wast able to use the new card with the chip any more so I ask the attendant with bad attitude how am I suppose to get my money off of it her response was she don’t know nor care. Smh. They always have a bad attitude when you want to ask a question like isn’t this your job? I only come to this one because it’s walking distance from my house.
