T-Mobile

I switched from metro pcs which I loved and never had a problem only because metro didn't carry the s8+. T-Mobile lied about EVERY SINGLE THING they told me. They said my bill would be 100. even, that's including the finance of the cell and other items I had financed. The other items I had financed was because They told me if I did add to the financing of the phone, I would actually pay 10. Less a month because of some promo.. When I got my bill, it was 119.. They said it will drop off 3 days before it was due but 3 days before it's due, the 119. Came out of my account. This store tells me at the end of the cycle, the 19. Will drop off and you will only pay 100. After that. Everything sounded like such bull so I called t mobile and sure enough, EVERYTHING this franchise SAID was a LIE! I had to demand a supervisor to complain about this franchise and to fix my bill. Why on earth would I go from 61. With metro to 119. With t mobile? I get the financing, the 30.00 a month but that would mean I would be paying 90. A month for service, from 61., who does that?? I put in a formal complaint. Now I contact the BBB.
