Worst experience ever. Came in to open a new business account. Whole time they kept helping other customers while they were with us. Very unprofessional. The evening after opening up the account, i asked the guy at the store to hold on to my trade in phones because i was going to cancel my service. He offered me a great deal, when I came into confirm the "great deal" the manager said his employee was wrong. I decided to cancel and had to pay a restocking fee and they had already gotten rid of my phones. So I walked out of the store with no phones and less money in my pocket. The store manager told me to tell T-Mobile corporate i had a complaint and that the fee would be given back to me. Weeks later still waiting for money which T-Mobile said will not be given back to me due to faulty paperwork done by this store.
