I think they must be going out of business. I have tried to contact them over the past 4 months regarding lack of service. I cancelled with them via voice mail, email and snail mail and have not received any response other than a bill for services not rendered. I have called and left numerous messages, but they have never answered or returned a call. Yesterday I received a bill from a collection agency. They also do not answer phone calls. I would rate them as the worst customer service company I have ever dealt with. They do not perform services as promised and do not get results. In addition, they charge you for services not rendered. Finally, they avoid all communication except for sending you a bill and then handing it over to a collection agency. I am sorry I ever hired this company and am angry at how much time and energy I have wasted trying to resolve this matter. Not to mention my concern about my credit being damaged by this incorrect bill. Simply the worst! I gave it 1 star because you can't post with 0 stars.
