Pavan Johar is extremely rude as the previous reviewer mentioned. My husband called to inquire about a house to rent as we're relocating from a different state. He asked a series of one liners that my husband answered: 1. Who's going to be living there? My husband answered my wife and I and our two kids. 2. How old are they?:5 and 1 3. Does the one year old go to daycare? - Not sure why this is relevant? My husband still patiently answered not yet. 4. Do you have good credit? Yes 5. Is your score above 750? Yes 6. Will you have any visitors? - Yes, my parents will visit sometimes. He then said "Yeah sorry not happening...bye" and hung up the phone! We are working professionals and have no intention of stuffing several people in a home. Yet, it appears that he ignorantly and arrogantly stereotyped and assumed that. He didn't offer any reasoning or that there could be other properties he could show, but literally just hung up the phone. We've worked with several realtors on both the selling and buying side, and have never experienced this. Not impressed!
