Allstate Insurance Agent: Michael Mui

Today I went the Michael Mui's office with my father to visit Illena Lopez regarding my father’s life insurance policy. My father purchased the policy approximately 30 years ago. Hence Mike’s office never made a dime from the policy. My father and I don’t have any other policies with Allstate. Notwithstanding, they went above and beyond to help my father navigate what he needed to do. They were extremely courteous, professional, and caring. As soon as we walked in, we were nicely greeted, offered coffee, and chocolate :). We left so pleased with our experience. I said to my father that they went above and beyond for him imagine how they treat and care for all their other customers. I highly recommend that you consider them if you are in the market for insurance. A 5-star experience.
