This place is managed horribly. For more than a year half of the business has been out of order leaving only a handful of working washers and dryers. The workers act oblivious to the fact that 20 people are standing around waiting for 1 washer or dryer. How dumb can you be to announce to a crowed room that one washer will be done in 3 minutes. Stupid stupid stupid. This place needs to get its act together.
