I won't recommend my local store. Apparently they ran out of sandwich bread & didn't bother to inform me that it would take longer than usual. This makes the second time this has happened. The last time I cancelled my order. I called the store but it took them 15 minutes to answer my call. When I asked for Lilibeth I was placed on hold & I gave up & hung up the phone. I'm not pleased with their poor customer service. I've made an online complaint already & I'd like a refund please. By the way. I placed my order at approximately 7:50pm. Lilibeth removed it from the oven at 8:05pm. William didn't leave the store until 8:47pm. He arrived at approximately 9:05 pm. I don't blame William. He was polite & explained the situation. He even brought me a 20 ounce Sprite to try to make up for the extra time I waited. I DO blame Lilibeth though for not informing me that it would take longer than usual. That's why I'm asking for a refund. Take it out of her check. I would if I was her manager. If she is the manager she should be fired.
