After scheduling an appointment days in advance, the office staff cancelled and refused to allow my son see his doctor, even though he's in pain. They cancelled on the day of his appointment, after our arranging time off from our jobs and my son's program. All this because of a billing problem, in spite of our offer of private pay in full at the time of the visit. Inconsiderate to say the least, appalling that they're willing to leave a special-needs individual in pain. Really a shame, because Dr. Waxman was great with my son, and my son really liked him - even requested him by name!
