Lins Charming Nail Spa

Unfortunately, the nail technicians at European Nail Salon are not experienced. On more than one occasion I was serviced by a woman who did not speak English at all. This, obviously, was a major issue in communicating what I wanted. Needless to say the opppsite of what I wanted was performed. I asked that she not trim my nails, and she cut them. I was not pleased because it took me quite some time to let them grow out. My nails are filed square and I asked that I wanted them filed square. She decided to file them round. I complained at this point and was told she didn't speak English. To add insult to injury, she did a very poor manicure job. My polish started peeling the next day. I have given them many opportunities, but they have failed more than a couple of times. I will not be returning and I wanted to let the public know the type of establishment this is.
