I love the heated overlook, but the outdoor bleachers could use some work. The ice is OK for an outdoor rink, a little choppy but fine for hockey. The history of the rink is pretty cool - from the Winter Classic held in Buffalo.

Some days my order is right, others it is incorrect. If I get bring it back to be fixed, the employees give you an attitude. Inconsistent service and food quality. Gosh forbid you want decaf in the afternoon, you get coffee that has been on the pot for hours.
