Went in for a color change with Craig. Blonde to a fall brown. I was told that there was a "little" purple in my hair from a purple shampoo he had used. When I got home the entire front of my hair was purple as well as the side. Washed it four times and still purple. Went back to the salon for a fix the next day....left the salon with purple hair and my blonde had turned grey. I phoned the salon and was told Craig would call me wed of that week, no call. I texted him Friday and finally that night got a response and was told I wasn't get any money back. Unprofessional and shoddy service. Have never experience such disrespect for customer service. Ever.
