H&R Block

Never had a problem previously but went in today to ask questions and was treated like an absolute complete idiot by the lady at the front counter. I misspoke and was laughed at and then was given a huge attitude for asking a question about getting taxes done. I have never felt so disrespected. It was disgusting. This is why I never go in and get my taxes done and I just do them online at home. Hopefully if you use this location you never have to ask a question or maybe the front desk person will just hopefully treat you with more dignity than she did me. Disgraceful to say the least.
