After a long process of getting estimates from numerous contractors, we chose Future Image Designs to completely redo the entire outside of our house with new high-quality siding and gutters, and we couldn't be happier! I first need to mention that Mario, the owner, is the most hands-on contractor we have ever met. There is no middleman, it's just Mario and his workers. If there are any issues or questions you have regarding the project, he's the guy you speak to. I also need to mention that during the renovation we came along some issues, such as improper flashing on our skylights, that were not part of our original proposal and contract. Once these issues were discovered, Mario and his workers addresses them, without any additional charges. These are the types of things you don't get from many contractors and is also why we will be using Future Image Designs for all of our upcoming projects. Our renovation lasted for six days and included a complete residing of the house, the removal and installation of some new air conditioners, and also to address and replace any water-damaged lumber and plywood that might be rotted on the outside of the house. Raphael, Alex, and George, who were the workers here, were true professionals. They did an amazing job of making our house look brand new. They kept the entire property very clean during the renovation and also made sure to take pictures and notify us whenever they encountered a problem. After removing the siding on the back of the house, we discovered that numerous pieces of plywood and a big portion of one of our sill plates were completely rotted from water that came from a patio that was incorrectly installed. The pieces of lumber from that part of the house were removed, inspected, and replaced with all new material to ensure that water will no longer be a issue for our house. Once the renovation was complete, all of our windows, doors, and air conditioners were caulked and then brand new high-quality gutters and downspouts were installed on the entire house. We are very, very happy with how everything turned out. Even a few days later, when I noticed some minor things, such as missing screws on my cable and telephone lines outside, Mario came back the next day to address it for us. He really does whatever you want to make the customer happy. We want to thank the entire team at Future Image Designs for making our project turn out better than we ever expected! We look forward to using Mario again when we start our next renovation!
