Doctors her are great , office help is terrible. I had an 8am appointment that I took time off of work to keep and when I showed up nobody was even there. Arlene showed up to open the practice late, was very rude and acted like she was put out. I was then told that I would not see the doctor because he doesn't come in until 10 or 11 am! When I asked why they booked this appointment with me AND called the night before to confirm it, I was told, "It wasn't me" and "I didn't make your appointment" typical pass the buck / blame someone else instead of offering a solution and being apologetic, she was rude, mean, and extremely unprofessional. She proceeded to write her name on a business card and throw it through the window at me and said call my boss if you don't like it! I work in Health care for one of the largest hospitals in the area and would never treat a patient the way I was treated. I was shocked.
