I have been coming to the store for years. I spend thousands of dollars here. Never had a problem until yesterday. I bought an item there on 04/05/2018 and tried to return it the next day WITH A RECEIPT because the item didn't work right. They told me, I CAN NOT return it if it's open in a rude and disrespectful manners. The front end staff and the manager there is on a another level of disrespectful. If you want to return something, you better not open it. That is this Lowes on south Rd Poughkeepsie new York policy according to the manager and the front end staff.
