Joe David, the owner, has been cutting my hair for 24 years. The atmosphere in this barbershop is one that most have only seen in the movies. You don't go to this barbershop for the quick in and out cut, this is much better. Both Joe and Joe actually care about and know each of their customers and deliver the best of cuts. The memorabilia around the shop is perfect, wall to wall displays of historic Ithaca and barbershop supplies and signage. Plus, each cut is finished with a straight razor edge up.
