New York Public Library

I went to print out a form nd the printer didn't work. I asked for help nd the manager didn't believe me that I paid. So she made me pay again. I showed her my bank record stating that I was charged twice nd all she could set was to call the bank. She said that she couldn't give me a refund for being charged twice. It was only $.40, but was the principle on the way she went about it. She was very unprofessional nd I would never visit that library again.
