The soap may be good, but the people are not, which is a problem with a lot of companies I shop with: the products may be excellent, but the employees, NOR the owners are any good like those at Fresh Direct!
I asked the worker whom I spoke with here, Stephanie, almost three weeks ago to send a sample of their choice to me and one to the famous black female poet, Nikki Giovanni, who loves different soaps, giving this young lady both our addresses. Stephanie even said that she would Google Nikki Giovanni as I'm sure she also DIDN'T do and had no intention of doing! Stephanie said she would send the samples.
About a week later when I received a colorful information packet with NO sample (!) I called and Stephanie said that that's what she told me she would send me which is horse hockey because I specifically ASKED her for samples for BOTH myself and Ms. Giovanni! Why on earth would I consent to Stephanie sending a mere colorful information packet?!?!?! Stephanie may belong to the not very smart or logical ilk, but I DON'T! In short, I'm not stupid! This was conversation took place on Good Friday, April 14, 2017, if I'm not mistaken.
Stephanie then told me that the owner, Todd, would be in on Tuesday, April 25, 2017 when I asked her and told her that I wanted to appeal to him to send these samples. I called back on Thursday, April 27, 2017 and Todd had "stepped" away. I asked Stephanie to have Todd call me back, leaving her my name and phone number and he didn't.
I finally left a voice mail telling them that I don't intend to play these mind games with them and if they didn't call me on Friday, April 28, 2017, I would NEVER buy ANYTHING from them AND that I would give them a bad review here, which I am now doing because no one ever called me back. I think that is enuf said!
