U-Haul Moving & Storage of Newburgh/middlehope

While the staff were polte & friendly when I booked the auto transporter for picked up at Middlehope thats where anything good ended. They are a disaster. They gave it to someone else! & told me to go to Middletown to get one 30+ miles away in the opposite direction. I called the main office & explained, they conveniently got disconnected? Now pretty upset I called back & was told there was nothing they could do however someone from customer service would call me with in 3 days as this was very important to them & shouldn't have happened, ya think? Three weeks have gone by & do you think anyone has called? Nope! So if you know anyone who's gravely incompetent, unemployed & looking for work tell them to check out U-Haul!
