Firestone Complete Auto Care

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years with out any problems until now. I go on Saturdays because that's when I'm off work. I have always walked in without an appointment early in the mornings and this location would take my car no problem. My car is newer so there aren't major issues on it yet so when I go in its for basic mantinece like an oil change inspection and tire swap. Today I got to the store at 7:30am to get an oil change nys inspection and swap my winter tires. I was told there bays are full and they are booked with appointments all day and couldn't take me car. I said I've always came in on Saturdays and have never had an issue as a walk in. I took my business elsewhere. I went to monro and they took my car no problem! I will not be going to firestone anymore.
