WARNING!!!!!!! I need to post this and PLEASE PLEASE take the time to read it...... I was in this CVS store at 1625 Elmwood Ave. (Elmwood and Amherst) (Buffalo, NY) and was just trying to get my RAIN CHEQUE done Sunday April 22nd 2018.... A lady by the name of SHARI MACKOWIAK (who said she was the store manager) was beyond RUDE, HORRIBLY IGNORANT and LAUGHED IN MY FACE while calling the POLICE ON ME all because she didn’t want to give me my RAIN CHEQUE.... Two police cars showed up with two officers in each car demanding me to keep my hands out of my pockets (I was out of the store at this time and I left the store the moment she asked me to leave).... The police officers asked me WHAT IS GOING ON?!?! and I told them very nicely that I only wanted my RAIN CHEQUE and they scratched their heads went into the store to confront SHARI MACKOWIAK (store manager) and came back out apologizing to me, that they didn’t understand why they were called out to this CVS PHARMACY and left right away...... I did nothing wrong and I’m super polite and very courteous to others and the displacement of ignorance SHARI MACKOWIAK displayed is beyond any words that I’m writing or will write and wish her atrocious, vulgarity, and unprofessional customer relations towards myself and any customers that may have experienced attitude from SHARI MACKOWIAK never transpires ever again..... PLEASE CVS PHARMACY do a full understanding of who you allow to represent you as a business/company..... UNSATISIFIED CUSTOMER AND THIS EXPERIENCE HAS ONLY LEFT ME TO TELL OTHERS ABOUT IT AND I WILL BE WRITING MORE ON SOCIAL MEDIA TO MAKE OTHERS AWARE....... (VERY SAD THAT SOMEONE “SHARI MACKOWIAK” WORKS AROUND PEOPLE)
