The store has some real issues! But also has some real potential! The main manager being the real issue! And the assistant managers being the real potential and assets to this store! The main manager to begin with is a real nasty repusintation of a human being! She (teresah? I belive her name is spelt) is never plesent to deal with as far as i have ever seen to customers and employees alike! But aweful to customers for sure! She dose not understand customer service at the most basic level! And has to be breaking company policy to not allow returns with recipts! (Ill get back to that with my story) I dont think she understands humanity at the most basic level even! She is an angrey hurt person i belive and she spills it out on everyone around her! And if that isnt the biggest mis-fit for her and the job she should be doing well or anyone alike i dont know what is!!! However something nice and positive to add first! The assistant managers are very cool well mannered and helpful human beings! Best you will see in any customer service position anywhere! They probably are the only reason people come there to shop again after a bad experince with her! There boss teresah! I use to shop there often spent alot of money there! Until i bought a toy for my child! Went back the same day when i relized he wanted the other one! It was never opened! And it was the same day and she refused to return it! Also heard someone else try to return with a recipt right before me and was also refused! BAD BUSINESS!!! As long as she is there expect bad business and i would shop elsewhere! Somewhere your business is appreciated cause it should be!
