J.O. Cook's Convenience Henrietta

Little background: my dog chewed my credit card so my card can only work with chip readers and (for some reason) has worked in the card readers at gas station pumps. Anyway, the card readers at the pumps were down, which isn't my issue. And the card reader inside doesn't take chip cards, which, again, isn't my issue. My issue with this place is that rather than politely telling me he couldn't run my card, the older guy working got rude with me when telling me he couldn't take my card. I found that unnecessary and unprofessional. I went down the road and filled up my tank elsewhere, and I will not be returning to this place.
