Allstate Insurance Agent: Janine Nudd

I had Allstate for my car insurance and renters. And I was pleased with them on that end. However, I am in the process of buying a home and wanted to cancel my renters. The Agent (Dana) said I should consider them for my homeowners. I told her I would, but wasn't sure what their dog policy was as I have a pit bull mix. To which she responded in direct quotes, "Allstate will not write with those dogs. So good luck in finding a company that will insure them dogs." Now that's fine that she obviously has a problem with pit bulls, however she is representing a company and should leave personal bias at the door. As a customer I found it unprofessional and rude. She could have simply stated that Allstate does have breed restrictions and unfortunately that was one of the breeds they don't cover. Needless to say, I will not be considering Allstate for any type of insurance again. And if you own APBT I would stay away from this office or at least the agent Dana that works there.
