Before going to Carbone Chevrolet I never had a real good experience at a car dealers. I will for the first time recommend a car dealer to anyone and everyone that wants to purchase a New or Used vehicle. They are very welcoming and friendly. They work very hard to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. I am very happy with them.

Salesman was good as far as getting me a good deal and finding the right truck. Didn't appreciate the finance guy relentlessly trying to sell me the extended warranty by bribing me with "coupons" from the bank to take points off my rate. After saying no over and over he continued to push it on me. I used to be a mortgage broker, there's no such thing as coupons from the bank to reduce points. The additional points are how the dealership makes additional money, which is expected. Besides the dishonest sales technique I was satisfied overall.
