Absolutely the worst experience I have ever in a nail salon and horrible job relations!!
I had planned on getting a pedicure and gel manicure. I left after the pedicure.
Fist I was placed in a pedicure chair as the basin was still filling. They walked away and the tub overflowed! I stopped it and it took longer then 10 minutes for someone to come over and help deal with the mess. That entire time my feet where wet and outside the basin because if I left them in the water spilled over more.
Waited additional time after they scooped water from the basin (with a frozen cream puff container) for someone to be called over to do my pedicure.
The girl stated she had an appointment in 30 minutes it was 2:00 and didn’t want to start my services the “manager/greeter” had her do it anyway. The entire time she was grumbling in her own language and throwing daggers at the women who told her to take care of me.
I moved twice because she was being careless and she actually had the nerve to tell me not to move.
After 10-15 minutes of rushed pedi she walks me over to get my gel manicure. By the way the floor is still wet. We go to one station then she changed her mind and moved me to hers. We sit down and she starts jamming on my cuticles to push them back no lotion or soaking prior. I flinched a few times and finally said ouch, at that point I said I would rather not get the manicure and just go with the pedicure.
The nail tech then decided to throw an additional attitude and ask me why? Seriously you should know why I’m saying ouch. So I explained that I wasn’t happy with the service I had received on my pedicure and that she was hurting me. She then went on a tangent telling me my cuticles are dry and she didn’t have a lunch and a started to cry.
The entire time the greeter/ manager stated it was her fault and they are busy. I would of gladly have taken at a later appointment and came back had they asked when I signed in but to receive a horrible pedicure and then be yelled at by the staff who broke down in tears is not at all what I see as professional or relaxing and that part of what I expected from a pedicure.
