Sadly, the famed Balthazar was just ok. Our seating area (we were a large group of about 16) was uncomfortably crowded at first. Had to wait for another party to leave before we could get an extra table. The goat cheese tart was tasty; apple cinnamon pancakes were not (although the apple topping was delicious). Wait staff was plentiful and very professional.
