This is a husband and wife owned company, from what my mother understood. The job was for new flooring and specialty tile around the bathtub area in her home. My mom had just gotten a new Bathfitter insert, and Johnson flooring completely ruined it to the point where my mom had to get a new one--and of course she had to pay for it. The icing on the cake was when they told her "the builder built her house crooked"--which from my understanding, professionals can level out the floor to even things out. The job was a crooked mess, and Johnson flooring wasn't receptive at all to fixing the issues. All in all, in my opinion, not a good business to do business with. I would never recommend this company.
