Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I travel out of my way to visit here for oil changes, filter and light bulbs if needed and quick NY state inspections. Rise in shine diner a few paces away if you want a great breakfast

My father, brother, step mom and I all were coming to Valvoline because of the great customer service and speedy oil changes. However, we aren't any longer. This all happened 2 weeks ago, I came in for my oil change, and apparently the oil filter had fallen apart slightly. They tried blaming it on me for not changing my oil regularly but I did and do. I showed them receipts. Anyway, oil filter debree is through out my engine. They denied helping with the cost at all. I am paying 2500.00 for a new engine because they failed to clean out the oil filter. So thanks for everything Valvoline....See you guys in court.
