Falso Heating Service Experts

Frustrating experience. Several issues with new furnace not installed correctly and not running properly. Salesman, was foul mouthed. We were told we're getting rebate but N'Grid given wrong info by salesman. Keep getting billed $70 for a service call for new furnace repair. I'm more than willing to pay but I've written two, (2) letters to Falso asking for an explanation and NO response from Falso other than another bill. Falso Manager will respond in these reviews to call him but I've called him back immediately after he called me on 3 occasions and no answer. Called Falso customer service, no answer. Yes, it's running fine now, price of new furnace was good and service guys very nice, but frustrating experience.
