Horrific Staff. Chris was disgusting on the phone, when needing to cancel for a last minute emergency, & was no longer able to stay in town....he actually refused to refund my credit card, & even suggested I "offer the room to friends instead"....NO CLASS whatsoever! STAY AWAY!
