I see the same stylest every time and she is excellent.She always asked me if any changes and does exactly what I ask.I have found all the staff very pleasant and never pushy.If Mary is off the day I stop in the readily tell me when she will be there.

I gave incredibly specific and precise directions to the woman who was cutting my hair. She decided to make my hair her own creation and throw my opinion on my own hair out the window. I could not have been any more dissatisfied and irate with the finished product. I will not be returning to any great clips and will continue to share my experience. I didn't come to a chain hair dresser for a piece of art on my head I wanted a trim and got some trendy garbage style that I in no way asked for.
