I waited two hours in the waiting-room to be told they couldn’t do my procedure cause I didn’t have a driver. No one informed me of this. By 10:00 am they were an hour behind. The front receptionist was so cold to me she reminded me of a block of ice. Other patients told me they were waiting two and a half hours or more.
I guess the care of the patient has gone way of the all mighty dollar. If I could give this office less than a rating of one I would.
