3/2018 Scheduled my NYS inspection and oil change with tire rotation with the most pleasant woman over the phone. She explained everything the appointment would entail including any expected costs. Upon arrival once again I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. Every employee that we (I had 2 grandchildren in tow) encountered was friendly and smiling. Was a very pleasant experience from start to finish. 10/2017 I was greeted with a warm friendly smile almost immediately when I pulled up to the service door. The customer lounge was well lit with a pleasant atmosphere and comfortable chairs! I had an oil change and tire rotation that was done in the time frame I was given. Very friendly and helpful staff in the Service Department
