Rhino's Pizzeria

First time trying Rhinos. Placed an order for delivery at 4:30. I was told 35-45 minutes. I called to ask where it was at 5:30. Told it had just left it will be there soon. I live 1 mile from the Rochester location. I called 20 minutes later as it had still not arrived. I was then told they had already been out delivering when I had called earlier.. They arrived 10 minutes later. Pizza was cold. Not the best first impression. Probably won't be trying them out again.
