Adirondack Auto Spa

We recently purchased a 2011 Subaru Outback that was in excellent condition except for a pervasive cigarette smell that only revealed itself once we got it home. Since the dealership had already cleaned it before we picked it up, we knew any efforts we could do ourselves at home to remove the smoke smell would likely be futile, so an auto detailer seemed like our best option. Reading all of the positive reviews for Adirondack Auto Spa gave us the confidence to try a detailer for our first time ever, and the positive experience Jim provided certainly proved his outstanding reviews were spot on! Jim performed a full interior and exterior detailing for us, then used an ozone machine, and finally another full interior cleaning with an enzyme product to eliminate our cigarette smoke issue. At all times he was cheerful and patient with us, and was completely dedicated to getting this very challenging problem resolved. I would heartily recommend his services to anyone who needs a thorough car cleaning. Our Subaru now looks and smells like a new car! Thank you JIm!
