Basil Kwik Oil Change

Take Kwik out of your name. 2 times I tried to stop by to get oil change 1st time i get it was busy 1 1/2 wait. Came back later 2 people in waiting room told me 2 hour wait. He said short staffed today. 3 people at the counter working are you kidding me? I asked about tomorrow whats a good time he said I don't know 1st thing in the am and told he would be there. Who cares. This is not the first time. Don't use the word Kwik if it was never intended to be fast.
