Budget Car Rental

I rented a car on Friday September 4th for a trip to perform a wedding in Lowel Mass, when i arrived I was greeted by Mr. Edward Williams who is very knowledgable about the cars in the fleet he maintains. I was explained the vehicles operations and was quite pleased with his knowledge. To Mr. williams I was not just a customer but someone that he wanted to make sure was all set when it came to the vehicle. I also like the ease of being able to check in and get going quickly. The whole staff were very friendly and kind. I explained to Mr. Williams that I will be taking another trip next week and will definately return to rent again. I have rented from Budget before however this has been my best experience by far. Thank you
