I’ve leased twice with Marina. Never, ever again. The first time, they were supposed to pay off the remaining payments on my car loan as a part of the lease deal. They never made the payments and I didn’t find out until my account was past due. Figured it was a fluke and decided to lease with them again this year. They agreed to pay off the final remaining payment on my then-current lease as a part of the new lease deal. Never paid it and blamed Chrysler. Chrysler blames Marina. Again, didn’t find out until the account was past due. I reached out to Marina for help fixing the issue and they were completely unprofessional and disinterested. Suzanne from their office told me that there was nothing she could do to help me. When I pushed back and looped in her management, she became briefly more responsive but then began ignoring my emails or requests for updates. I don’t have time to sit on the phone, babysitting Marina employees to get them to do their jobs. I just wanted them to do what they agreed to do when we signed the new deal - pay off my final lease payment. They didn’t do that (twice!) and now it’s impacting my credit. It’s been over a month now and they still haven’t fixed it. I will never, ever lease with these people again. I had a good experience with their sales staff but cannot believe how unprofessionally they’ve handled this. At my company, people would lose their jobs for this sort of incompetence and failure to deliver.
