Quality Inn & Suites

Very rude disgruntled owner. The bed is clean but the room is very antiqued. Hallways smell like cigarettes and are freezing. The in room heating and cooling system takes about an hour to adjust temperatures. The wireless keys kept deactivating. The bathroom sink and shower head had gunk built up on it. I get it’s a budget hotel but the owner came around banging on the door before checkout time saying “get out you need to leave or I’ll call the police.” I was in town for business and worked overnight so would have liked to check out at a normal time. Just a very poor experience. Nothing worse than waking up to a threatening man at 10 am when Check out is 11.
