Nice clean office, no lines, was approx a 20 min wait to see someone, they processed our paperwork and we were done in less than 40 minutes!! Those people who say it's a lousy office should go down to the city! I'll show you a horrible place, stand on a line that goes outside and down the block for 2+ hours in 30 degree weather! Then you tell me which one is bad. UPDATE 12/18/17 7 days got new SS card
