When Rodger is not there, store manager Dawn is rude and unprofessional. She is more concerned about asserting her power over her staff than helping customers. She makes excuses for her unprofessional behavior and refuses to apologize to the customer! This store is also very dark and dirty lately! Rodger would never have let this happen.
