Pat's Pizzeria

Over the past 5 years I have ordered from Pat's quite regularly. They had great food and great service for the most part. I would like to acknowledge 2 great gentleman there, Both divers named Jordan and Mike, wonderful guys. Sadly I have witnessed a steady decline over this past year and today a major issue occurred that I simply cannot ignore. At least I have now found out why the good employees never seem to last long. Simply put the current managers are extremely rude and don't really care about the customers. While on the phone today the one manager was so rude it brought me to tears. I tried to give her a chance to correct the problem and was hoping that maybe she would apologize for her terrible unprofessional attitude but instead of acting like a professional adult the manager acted like child who did nothing wrong. The worst part is the owner was there and did nothing to correct her. Even after my husband went in to talk to her after hearing the conversation and seeing how upset it made me she continued to deny any wrong doing whatsoever calling my husband a liar in the process. That's the final straw for me and my husband both and we will not be ordering from there ever again. So to the two drivers that always have delivered with a smile, Mike and Jordan I will miss you guys. Hope to see you do better than such an unprofessional establishment.

Very good food but the wait time is ridiculous. Used to order there all the time but who wants to wait literally not kidding in the least bit a 1 1/2 hours for a sub. Then different employees would ask me every 10 minutes what I was waiting for.
