Randy did a wonderful job finding a car which was the right one for me. No pressure, just friendly competence. The finance department made financing the car quick and easy. When I came in to take delivery, it took only 20 minutes to sign the papers. All of the documents were as previously explained. Randy then took me out to the car and spent over an hour teaching me the technology in the car. A much more pleasant experience here than the other dealers I went to looking for a new vehicle.
