Did CPO search on manufacturer’s website and found a great car. Transacted over the phone with Errol who was great. But surprise, the car wasn’t certified and unlike the others at the other dealers excluded the warranty. That was to be discussed when I arrived. When I arrived I was told the car had one key but the deal included a replacement key. When I was told the car was ready I took a three hour train ride to the dealer. When I arrived, surprise the second key was not ordered but would be mailed. I received it by mail two weeks later but they are refusing to pay for the key to be paired to the car which costs $135. I liked the car and needed a car so I bought it. I was also three hours from home. But surprise, no talk of any kind of warranty options. Bottom line, Errol was great but I do not have a good impression of the organization yet. Hopefully that changes. I love the car and hope it doesn’t turn out to be my last Audi. I also have a 911 and two Mercedes Benzs. Those manufacturers and dealers have been great. I hope I didn’t fall for a Volkswagen in wolf’s clothing, but the dealership is a big detraction from the brand. I have now decided to file a consumer fraud law suit.
