Backyard Birds Nature Shop

I recently bought a seed catcher for my bird house and was very pleased with the service. The information I received was very helpful and friendly. I don't know what happened to the people who were treated rudely. They must have been in the wrong store!!! We buy all our bird related merchandise from Backyard Birds because the staff is helpful and the inventory of items is always spot on! Please ignore the treated rudely comment. It was totally in error!!!!
