Purchased my car a year and a half ago and it’s been nothing but reliable. For some reason the engine seized and I was stressing thinking I’m going to be left without a car but Leon in the service department told me get my car to him and he will handle the rest. He’s done nothing but help and go out of his way for us from dealing with the warranty company to supplying us with a rental to getting us back on the road. Without butler auto none of this would be possible. I wish I could do so much more besides give you a good review to show my appreciation. Definitely the best used car dealership/ garage in upstate NY. Thank you again!!!!!!!!!!! Very friendly, honest and helpful staff from start to finish
