Erie Canal Boat Company

I have rented kayaks, canoes, & a pontoon boat from this company and received incredibly friendly service each time! My family and I were just there on Friday, 7/21 to rent the pontoon boat - my fiance proposed to me on the boat that night!! He arranged to have all of our friends meet us at the Erie Canal Boat Company when we returned (a complete surprise to me) & the owner was in on it the whole time. The owner helped corral & hide people so I wouldn't see them while pulling up to the dock. He even took a great photo of our group, from the top deck of his building. The service was above & beyond in my opinion! Recommendation: No more than 6-7 adults on the pontoon boat.
